RETURN POLICY:

Our return policy is simple. If an item arrives that is not what you expected, you can return it within 30 days. This does not apply to Books, Videos, Lock Picks or related items. There are no returns on lock pick sets or equipment. You will be responsible for shipping back the unwanted item. The item must be returned in the condition it was received and in its original packaging. If the product is not returned in like new condition or without the original packaging, there will be a minimum restocking fee of 15%. (The refund will not include shipping charges). To return an item, send e-mail us to receive a Return Authorization (RMA) number for return. This will insure prompt credit to your account.
